Community Engagement
We believe that it is imperative for our organization to be fully invested in the communities for which we serve. We want our young women fully aware of what it means to receive the rich cultural gifts offered by the community, while also using their talents, experiences, and voice to give back to the community. Leading Young Women, Inc. hopes to further highlight how these young women are true assets to their community and are future leaders within it.

Enrichment Programs
LYW looks to partner with New Jersey School Districts to provide in-school/after-school/summer programming modeled around the organization’s pillars, including but not limited to wellness, social/emotional learning (self-love, building and sustaining healthy relationships, peer pressure avoidance, social media pitfalls), financial (financial literacy), academic learning deficits (tutoring), technology access, and mental health.
